HAILEY
Growing up on the Isle of Man, Hailey had motor racing on her doorstep!
Her Grandparent’s hotel on the island lived for the infamous TT and Manx Grand Prix. She was fascinated by the people that returned year after year and the stories of their love for the island and its world-famous mountain course.
Following university in the UK, Hailey spent a few years working as a personal trainer, then finally packed her backpack to make her first trip around the world, something she had always dreamt of!
A passion for adventure is now firmly imprinted in Hailey to this day!
Fast forward three years and following courses and work experience with production companies, Hailey found herself back home on the Isle of Man.
She accepted her first paid TV/Film role at the 2007 Isle of Man TT – Centenary, working as a runner for local motorsport production company, Greenlight TV.
After just four days into the role, Hailey was asked to support a small production team flying in from London to shoot the official TT Centenary Film with Murray Walker!
“Here I was, this little lady from the Isle of Man, picking this absolute legend up who I’d listened to growing up watching F1, driving him around, chatting about our mutual love for the TT, life, and plans for the future.
“My mind was blown. I’d worked my butt off for award-winning director Andy Stickland, and he honoured me with my first producer credit on the DVD!”
Following Hailey’s return to the TT 2008 behind the camera, she was invited to test out in the PitLane for the FIA GT European Championships that year and got the gig!
She loved it and committed to covering multiple European and World GT championships, F3, F4, Lamborghini Super Trofeo, and Blancpain Endurance Series. She also spent five consecutive years as the only Pit Reporter covering both pit lanes at the 24h of Spa!
A highlight of her career thus far has been working at the TT, Le Mans 24h for NISMO TV and being driven around the Nordschleife in a Lamborghini Gallardo Spyder by the great Johnny Herbert! (Click herre to watch on YouTube)
Having family in the USA has allowed Hailey the time to connect and enjoy the great US world of motorsport, including finding herself in victory lane with NASCAR legend Kyle Busch!
Motorsport is clearly a huge part of Hailey and her history; however in addition to this is her passion for Whole Body Health.
Continuing her passion for wellness and optimum mind/body performance, Hailey has continued to train and grow her wellness brand, One Health Whole You, specialising in mindset coaching.
She provides education, awareness on tools and techniques to support all in finding their balance and optimum performance via online webinars, live talks, retreats, and 1-2-1 coaching.
Working for networks from all over the world gifted Hailey the opportunity to feed her hunger for adventure, motorsport, and people!
Hailey has worked with online content brand, The Spirit of Motorsport during 2020/21.
She has been hosting and producing live shows via their YouTube channel, covering stories of real people and their stories in and around the motorsport, specialising in the Isle of Man TT – allowing her to share many of the incredible untold stories of her unique home event!
