Generally, we are aware what physical activity works for us if we are aiming for something specific i.e. Training for a race, fit back into a new or old outfit, achieve a personal best.
We might have a set fitness programme that will get us physically fit, to look a part, and achieve a part we are striving for. However, what gets you out of bed in the morning, into the gym, our for your run, lifting those weights, consistently striving for your goals, in a balanced, vitalised way? YOUR MIND! By not following mental fitness programme alongside your physical, are you staying on track?
